Camp-A-Wyle Condominium Association would like to welcome you as an owner to your new community. As owners, we are proud of our park here in Hernando County. About 30% of Camp-A-Wyle unit owners are winter residents. Our day-to-day operation is by the Board of Directors who are elected by the unit owners at an annual meeting in February. These are strictly volunteer positions.

Camp-A-Wyle started as a campground in 1972. In 1982, Camp-A-Wyle Condominium Association, Inc. was formed and licensed in Florida as a not-for-profit association and split from the developer. There are 205 units in Camp-A-Wyle owned by individuals.

Common grounds include a sewer plant with two lift stations, two drinking wells, one water tank, one back-up generator for the drinking wells, one swimming pool, one clubhouse, one tennis court, one basketball court, a playground, three shuffleboard courts, three horseshoe courts, one 18-hole miniature golf course, two bath houses with coin operated laundry rooms, seven camping lots up front that are rented out for camping, the office, a maintenance building, a storage lot and about 46 acres of common ground.
